Before I started seeing Lauryn, my hair was damaged and my roots were all over the place. So, It's safe to say, she brought my hair back to LIFE! “First time at Butterfly loft salon and had a great experience today with friendly receptionist who greeted me and offered water or coffee. Got my hair done for the third time by Lauryn Lee ( instagram: @locksbylauryn ) and she did an AMAZING job as usual! To be honest it's been really hard for me to trust anyone with my hair especially because I've had bad experiences in the past with hair dressers, so don't trust just anyone. I trust Lauryn a lot because she always gives me exactly what I want each time. And What I also love is she's honest and if she doesn't like how something is she'll go ahead and fix it. “Lauryn (@locksbylauryn) is incredible! I wanted to cover my grays with natural-looking highlights, and she totally nailed it. My hair now has amazing dimension - my natural base color peeks through with shimmers of cool blonde highlights running through the length. She used a toner to kill the brassiness that comes with my naturally warm dirty blonde hair tone, giving me the cool ashy tones I love. Lauryn also took 6" off the ends, added layers around my face and back, and textured it for natural flow and movement. The 'money piece' she added frames my face perfectly. Her awesome assistant Sandy was super friendly and attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. Lauryn's chill vibe made the whole experience so enjoyable--I'm obsessed with my fresh, effortless look and totally recommend her!”

“I've been to Lauryn twice now and she is awesome! I wanted to try something different this time around and I have Asian/natural black hair. When I went to Lauryn for my first time, I told her I was aiming for a silver/grey color -- which is a big deal for me since I've never done such a fun/unusual color. My biggest concern was having my hair turn out brassy. The results were more than satisfying -- not only did I get ashy silver, but also a nice purple undertone. I got so many compliments on my hair for the couple months that I kept it.
Today, I went back to Lauryn for a blonde 'do since I wanted to go back to a more natural color. She quoted me a good and reasonable price, I was more than willing to go back to her. Again, I was so happy with the results because Lauryn was able to tone it to a nice, warm honey blonde -- no brassiness whatsoever.
Lauryn does not disappoint! If you are looking for someone that knows how to dye/tone all sorts of colors (pink, purple, blue, etc.), she is definitely your go to girl!”
